We serve as independent Energy Raters for a variety of energy efficiency standards and programs including: NYS Energy Conservation Construction Code, International Energy Conservation Code, US EPA ENERGY STAR Homes, Indoor airPLUS, US DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes and Passive House Institute-US (PHIUS). Integral Building & Design is an active member of the USGBC and provides Green Rating verification services for the LEED for Homes Program. Our team of dedicated building performance professionals holds national certifications from leading organizations including the International Code Council (ICC), BPI, RESNET, PHIUS, NAHB and the USGBC.
